The Grant Town Board will hold its monthly meeting on Monday, May 4, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at the Grant Town Hall. The special town meeting scheduled for this date has been moved to May 11, 2009. The agenda is as follows:

5. Possible action on nuisance complaint – meet with Babinos and Mengerts
6. Possible action on lease assignment – meet with Mike Papendorf, First State Bank
7. Action on conditional use permit for gravel pit on Draeger Road – meet with Kurt French
8. Open bids and approve contractors for blacktopping
Discussion and possible action on
9. Plan Commission: accept resignation of Ruth Kopitze; appointment of Sue Raether to fill Ruth’s term.
10. Review required upgrades for handicap accessibility
