December 17, 2009 Plan Commission Meeting Minutes
12/17/2009
The Town of Grant Planning Commission met at 6:30pm at the Grant Town Hall. Members present were Ken Huebner, Dale Klitz, Gene Mehlberg and Sue Raether.
Chairman Huebner called the meeting to order and reviewed the agenda. The agenda was approved. Motion by Dale, second by Gene. Minutes from our November meeting were read and approved. Motion made by Gene and second by Dale. There was no public present.
Old Business:
Attendance was documented. The Fourth quarter attendance report will be updated and sent to Kay.
Other items from the agenda that were discussed included:
The ATV trail system.
Sue will ask Kay to include a note with her minutes announcing the vacant Planning Commission position that expires in 2011. The note should request that any one interested in filling this position contact Ken Huebner.
The tree East of the Town Hall has been removed. Sue will send a Thank You card from the Planning Commission to Gerald and Troy Malueg for taking care of this.
New Business:
The next ZCAC meeting will be January 28 (the 4th Thursday) attendance at that meeting will be discussed at our next PC meeting.
Property recently sold and being rented in town was discussed.
Ice Races will be held on the Embarrass River in January and February in 2010.
Ken will be looking to see where Earl Hassemer is from.
Our next meeting will be January 12 at 3pm.
The meeting was adjourned. Motion by Dale, second by Gene.
