Town Board Meeting
Thursday, March 11, 2010
7:30 p.m. – Grant Town Hall
Members of the Grant Town Board met on the date and time listed above for the purpose of 1) terminating Class B Beverage License for HI & BRI, Inc., 2) approving Annette Bonnert as agent for Prime Time Bar & Grill, and 3) to approve the Class B Retail License for Prime Time Bar & Grill under the Sal-Ray Investment, Inc.
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. Roll call: Board members, Richard Britzke, Bill Bowers, and Dale Klitz were present and Kay Blum, Clerk.
A motion was made by Klitz/Bowers to terminate/void Class B Retail license number 2009-01 issued to HI & BRI, LLC for Prime Time Bar & Grill. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Britzke/Bowers to approve Annette Bonnert as the agent for Prime Time Bar & Grill. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Bowers/Klitz to approve Class B Retail license number 2010-01 for Sal-Ray Investment, Inc. for Prime Time Bar & Grill. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Bowers/Klitz to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
